What is the best mode of earning highest return on investments ? In which sector does an individual should invest to earn maximum rate of return ?

My suggestion is to invest in RPL upto 2010 and sell it before oct 2010.Its becuse it will start production in 2008 end and others competitors capacity additions will come into function by 2010 so it will affect reliance petroleum margins.
Again invest the proceeds in 2010 in Reliance power as it will start by 2012.
