EDLI & Administrative Charges

If a person has a basic pay of Rs.3000, DA Rs.300 & Other allowances & perquisites Rs.1700, can u explain me how to calculate EDLI & Administrative charges on PF & ESI? The current rates of PF is 12%, Employer's contribution to EDLI @ 0.5%, Admin. Charges @ 1.10% of emoluments towards PF & Admin. Charges @ 0.01% towards EDLI.

PF 12% on (3000 + 300) = 396
EDLI 0.5% (3000 + 300) = 17
Admin Charges 1.10% (3000 + 300) = 36
PF Admin Charges is subject to some minimum charges. (I will revert back soon for this)
For ESI there is no admin charges. Contribution to be deducted from the employee(@1.75%) and paid by the employer (4.75%) on entire salary. (i.e 3000+300+1700 = 5000) it is subject to ceiling of Rs.10000/-

So does the term "Employer's Contribution to PF" comprise all of employer's contribution, EDLI & Admin. Charges?
