15 August 2025 WHILE FILING ITR 3 THROUGH DESKTOP UTILITY,THERE IS ERROR IN UPLOAD LEVEL VALIDATION.
ITR3/ScheduleEI/OthersInc:required key [Nature ofDescDivName] not found
PLEASE HELP TO RECTIFY AT THE EARLIEST AS DUE DATE FOR FILING OF INCOME TAX FILING IS APPROACHING NEAR.

15 August 2025 You can file complaint under 'Grievances' on efiling portal.
If you want to resolve it, go to the directed page & select any section from dropdown menu. No need to fill any figures, let them be zero. This you will have to repeat for second error also. After these the ITR gets validated. Good luck...

15 August 2025 THANKS FOR RESPONSE SIR,BUT I HAVE VALUE FROM LIFE INSURANCE PAYOUT WHICH ARE EXEMPT INCOME ,WHICH HAVE TO BE REPORTED & I CAN'T KEEP THEM ZERO SIR.

15 August 2025 For that you will be required to file complaint under 'Grievances" with the screenshot. It is the error in utility, which cannot be solved without deleting the schedule EI itself.
