Weather it is required to get registered under GST Act or RCM Provision is apply on NBFC.

Services supplied by individual Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) other than a body corporate, partnership or limited liability partnership firm to bank or non-banking financial company (NBFCs) is covered under RCM
Therefore, If you are sole proprietor and provides services only to NBFC then you are exempted from taking gst registration
