Components for calculating CST

I want to know whether transit insurance is to be included in calculating Central sales Tax?
For Example:

Basic Price 100
Excise duty(14.42%) 14.42
Total 114.42

Cst will be calculated at the rate of 2% on 114.42.Whether transit insurance is to be included along with excise for sales tax levy.

Hi,
Can anybody tell me is there any mechine available for cheque printing for office purpose (laser or ink jet not dot matrix, which uses loose chequ leaves.
