There is a HUF who owns business of advertisement by trade name XYZ. The HUF wants to open a bank account for this concern. By what name should the bank account be opened i.e in the name of HUF or in the Trade name? All the cheques received are in the trade name.

The bank account should be opened in firm's name showing HUF As proprietor of the firm.
