What is the procedure of PF calculation?

dear purushottam
employer will dedcuct the employee contribution from his salary which will be 12% of Salary (basic + da) and
same contribution from the employer plus administration charges.
the whole amount will be deposited with pf department via pf challan upto 15th of following month (grace period- 5 days).
maximum limit is Rs. 6500/- ie salary upto which the pf is to be deducted. you can also say that 780/- (being 12% of 6500) is the maximum contribution by employee or employer per person.

PF deduction is applicable for all the company got BIN.
Mr.Zeeshan is correct the Employer contribution shall be 13.61% including admn. charges. ie. 1.61%
amt to be paid on 15th of every month and
return in Form 5, 12A, 10 and Form 2 along with triplicate copy of the challan are to be filed on or before 25th of the following month
