SAVING BANK INTEREST

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME THE BASIS OF CALCULATION OF SAVING BANK INTEREST RECEIVED FROM ANY NORMAL BANK?

TDS on rent for payment paid in advance for 3 yrs

I have taken on lease 10 acres (kile) for 3 years from a farmer. use will not be agriculture. Lease rent would be 2.25lakh per acre for 3 years (not per year). I have to pay complete rent (22.5 lakh) in advance to him. What would be TDS treatment to this payment.

Details to be fill in BRC Appendix 22A

Hello,

We have registered with STPI as 100% EOU, i need some information about details to be fill in in different Column of Appendix 22A - Bank Certificate of Export and Realisation. we are not importing any thing we only Export Software. please guide me in the same.

Limit of unsecured loan from non residents

One of our client( Pvt. Ltd. Company ) wants to take unsecured loan from freinds of promotors in foreign country . My question whether there is any limit and rules which should be kept in mind while taking unsecured loan from foreign under RBI Act or FEMA ?

Investment by Foreign Nationals

1) How a foreign national can be a stake holder in a company.
2) How can he invest money, i.e. how can he send the money to India (from America) and how we can send it back when the work is done.

The sector this question applys for is real estate and construction.
