What is the procedure to form a HUF. Can A Chartered Accountant become a karta of a HUF.

30 October 2010 An individual whether he is professional or not can become a Karta of HUF. A Karta in HUF has different duties and responsibility which is different from CA. They are governed by different laws and rules.
