30 October 2010 Hello,

We have registered with STPI as 100% EOU, i need some information about details to be fill in in different Column of Appendix 22A - Bank Certificate of Export and Realisation. we are not importing any thing we only Export Software. please guide me in the same.

30 October 2010 Sir Thank you very much for providing Information. need some more Clarification.
We received Advance payment from Customer for Export Order, I am confuse about which columns are applicable to us. and suppose i have Invoice amount of 100 USD for Export in which column i have to mention it. We do export only through Data Communication. there is no Physical Export, Please guide me Sir.

30 October 2010 firstly,

signed the softex form from STPI, after this ASK YOUR BANKER TO ISSUE FIRC(FOREIGN INWARD REMITTANCE CERTIFICATE)
after it, authniticate from your banker and and after it ask your banker to issue (BRC-APPENDIX-22A)

We do not need to softex signed from STPI as we have All export Order less than 25000 USD.
regarding FIRC, our Bank is issue the same to very nextday of payment received. i need information about where in BRC i have to mention Invoice amount of Export order till date i was mentioned the same in Bill Amount Column (Column No.9), but when i sent the same to STPI they told me that i have mentioned invoice amount in wrong column. so i will be very thankful to you if you can guide me where to mention invoice amount in BRC?

30 October 2010 Please write totally invoice value in column No.9,

Then,

Column no. 10 is: - Freight Amount as per Bill of Lading / Freight Memo
Then,

Column no. 11 is: - Insurance Amount as per Insurance Company's Bill/Receipt
Then,

Column no. 13:-Commission/Discount Paid/ Payable
Then,

Column no. 14 is:-

FOB Value/FOB Value Actually Realised in Free Foreign Exchange/ Rupees

30 October 2010 Thank you very much Sir for Providing information on your earliest, actually format of BRC which i got from STPI is different then format given by you in that Link so that i have to give all BRC in new Format provided by STPI.
