HI all, Can anyone please provide me the format of " declaration for not deducting PF" to be collected from the employees ( Employees joined with a basic salary of 12200 p.m. and not opting for PF.)( no previous employment)
I am first year article.I want to get transfer from my current employer due to rellocation of my father's job. whether I have to get the consent of institute before signing the 109 or not.
I am also worried about how to get 109 signed as my employer is not co-operative
if his recommendation is also necessary?

I had recently joined a company in the month of Feb,2010 and resigned from there on 17th June,2010 during the period i had contributed 12% of my Basic salary as contributed towards EPF and my Employer also 12% i want to withdraw from the fund kindly advise me how i will claim from the fund.

I have recently changed my job and have got a new PF account with my current employer. However I have not requested for a closure or transfer of my PF account with my previous employer. Will that be an issue? Am I allowed to have two different PF accounts - albeit one is dormant? Also, how long can I have the previous PF account dormant - I read somewhere recently that the government / EPFO has set a maximum idle limit of 3 years?
