I want to know what is meant by word Commercial, Trading and Industrial
whether these are same or differ as my ca said commercial and industrial are differ.

Commercial or commerce is a wider concept and refers to trade or production of goods and services in exchange for money. It also includes aids to trade which help in exchange of goods and services for eg: the finance which is needed for the trade.
Trade means the exchange of goods or services for the money.
Industrial means relating to industry – organizations that are engaged into any kind of commercial activity

But, my CA said that on industrial prop, we cant operate commercial activity. That's y i asked abt diff.
