Whether it is enough to take out an IEC code number for starting an Import export business in India (Maharashtra) or anything else is required?

But I have hear that transfer is allowed now during first year without any restriction. I want to know in that case whether I have to get consent of institute or recomendation from employer or not as per new rules.

If a person is employed with an organisation and he is under probation, is he entitled to the PL, if the HR manual says that the employee is eligible for PL after completion of one year of service.
