i want to know what is the procedure to obtaining IEC code(Import export code).

30 October 2010 simple form anf-2a is fillup and after fulfill the details submit this application in regional licensing authority in a file .

Documents are listed below :

1. Bank Receipt /Demand Draft details evidencing payment of application fee
of Rs. 250/-. DD should be in favour of Zonal JDGFT, New Delhi.
2. Certificate from the Banker of the applicant firm in the format given in
Appendix 18A (Part B).
3. Self certified copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN) issued by Income
Tax Authorities(both sides).
4. Two copies of passport size photographs of the applicant. Photograph on the
bankers certificate should be attested by the banker of the applicant.
5. Self addressed envelope duly stamped for Rs.30/-.
6. These documents may be kept securely in a file cover.

1. Four photographs required ,out of which two should be of size 3cm X 3cm.
2. Copy of MOA and AOA or copy of partnership deed, if applicable in your case
3. The colour of the file should necessarily be WHITE.

30 October 2010 agree sir,

sir,actually one photo paste on ANF-2A part-1, second in appendix -18a (bank format) .

and i photo can be paste on request letter (if you want)

in Dgft delhi , this is procedure, in (cla) THEY ACCEPT FILE ANY COLOR.
