can u pls tell me how i can attach one or more files in the same forum in which we post one file in the beginning. as when we submit a fie in the forum for the first time then there is no concern but for uploading other file in the same forum or another member forum msg i faced problem to attach the same. so can u pls tell which option to be used for doing that... the procedure for the same ???

Should GMCS be completed compulsorily before the completion of articles or can we complete it after the completion of articles?

If it can be done after the articles, what is the time limit of completing it?

We formed a Private Limited firm in june 2009.

But we never did any transactions under that private limited company.

We never reported or filed any IT return or informed it to ROC.

We don't even have DIN, service tax nu. for any of our directors .

Now we want to shutdown and close the company.
