Power & Fuel expenses will be treated as direct expenses.

list of Direct Expenses:
expenses connected with purchases of goods are known as "direct expenses”. for example: fright, insurance of goods in transit, carriage, wages, customs duty, octori duty.

28 October 2010 I think it should be indirect expenses bcoz it is not a wages or also not power and fuel connected to production or purchase.

29 October 2010 Power & fuel of factory is a indirect expenses cuz it is a factory overhead bt power & fuel of labour residence is a direct expenditure cuz it is a direct expenses on labour.
