who has to login to file the annual return at the MCA site ?? the CA or the client

any one can login and upload.

If the company had registered in MCA 21, there by got user ID and pass word they can log in. On the other hand, company can seek the help of a professional or certified filing centre. But in either case,help of a professional is needed, mostly, before uploading since for annual filing professional's digital signature is also required.
