My name is Praveen Gupta,and i am the director of an well established educational institute company for commerce subject,like f.m., costing, Tax,etc., for CS,CWA,CA classes and visitor faculty in various colleges.
My teaching experience is more than 12 years in education field, and recently i have cleared my CWA inter in june 2011.
Sir, Is it Possible that claim for exemption of practical training can be availed behalf of teaching experiences and my teaching company.

Please give me the appropriate opinion

Is it compulsory for a CA having COP to get his Sole Proprietor Firm registered before taknig any audit assignment? And can a CA sign Tax and Statuory audit report in his personal name as i dont have any firm registered in my name?

I have taken form 15 CB duly singed from CA on 31/08/2011 however my remittance in due on 28/09/2011 whether the said Form 15 CB is valid? Or What is the validity period for Form 15 CB from its date of Signing?

I had cleared IPcc Gr. 1 in Nov, 2010 with 220.I didn't appear for may,11 exams. my query is that would i get carry over marks i.e. 20 for my second group or i have to secure 150 for this group.
