Form 15 cb

I have taken form 15 CB duly singed from CA on 31/08/2011 however my remittance in due on 28/09/2011 whether the said Form 15 CB is valid? Or What is the validity period for Form 15 CB from its date of Signing?

Transfer pricing

If we are suppose to file Form No. 3CEB (Transfer Pricing) physically?
If No, then where we have to communicate that we are related with transfer pricing?
If Yes, where to file the physical form i.e. where is the office of the TPO(Transfer Pricing Officer)?
Where can we intimate that we are suppose to file Form 3CEB at the time of online filling of Income Tax Return?
Please reply fast.....

Revised return

Carry over of marks

I had cleared IPcc Gr. 1 in Nov, 2010 with 220.I didn't appear for may,11 exams. my query is that would i get carry over marks i.e. 20 for my second group or i have to secure 150 for this group.
