I have taken form 15 CB duly singed from CA on 31/08/2011 however my remittance in due on 28/09/2011 whether the said Form 15 CB is valid? Or What is the validity period for Form 15 CB from its date of Signing?

Here the most important question shall be the date of booking of expense. If the entry has been passed in books of account before 31/08/2011 then there should be no issue.
