I have filed Income Tax Return For AY 2011/12 yesterday 12-u/s139(4).but i do some omission. I want to file Revised Income Tax Return now. Under which section I have to file Income Tax Return now.pls its urgent. any other option.pls reply

Belated return filed u/s 139(4) can't be revised. In case of any omission you can brought to the notice of A.O. under section 154 i.e. rectification of mistake. 154 apply on any order passed by A.O. or intimation u/s 143(1) or deemed intimation u/s 143(1). so you can filed application u/s 154.
