26 September 2012 1) User id and pass word will be issued from department upon request.

2) Log on to www.aces.gov.in.

3) Click RET --> fill ST 3 --> fill .

4) Click on premises code.

5) ST 3 will be displayed. Fill it up.

6) Click 'submit' to upload the form.
