Dear All
If Interest not claiming as expenditure is required to deduct TDS.
If Interest not claiming as expenditure is required to deduct TDS.

In case of Non deduction expense will be disallowed. So if interest not claimed as expenditure and TDS not deducted technically there is no problem.
