Can an Unmarried Son become the Karta on the death of His father under HUF

Yes he can become the karta of HUD under the given circumstances.

Sir Can u tell me then when the Child gets married can he create a New HUF. does it mean than a person can be a Karta in two HUF?

Yes he can create his own HUF upon marriage and yes a person can be Karta in 2 HUF's.
