Manager - Finance & Accounts

Job Description

* Manage quarterly & annual RERA compliances, including Forms 3 & 7, inventory reporting, Means of Finance, and coordination for statutory certifications.
* Lead the Sales Accounting Team (SAT) and oversee customer documentation, NOCs, Agreements, Sale Deeds, and legal document control.
* Handle Income Tax & GST notices, assessments, and ensure timely filing of GST, Income Tax, TDS/TCS and other statutory compliances.
* Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closures, review financial statements, MIS, ledger scrutiny, and project accounting.
* Coordinate statutory, internal, tax and secretarial audits while strengthening internal financial controls and SOPs.
* Monitor treasury, escrow accounts, fund flows, working capital, and lender/trustee compliances.
* Manage Listed NCD & SEBI (LODR) compliances, including coordination with debenture trustees, rating agencies and regulatory authorities.
* Support strategic finance initiatives including project viability analysis.

Skills Required

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in finance and compliance, possessing strong expertise in RERA, Financial Reporting, Taxation, Audits, SEBI/NCD compliances, ERP systems, and team leadership. Real Estate experience will be an added advantage.
