I have filled my online exam application form.The form displayed my photo & sign at the time of application & the same appears in pages file downloaded by me.  I want to know whether I must get the form attested by member of icai & post it to new Delhi office.  Or I must get it attested & keep it with me. ( I. e; no need to post the same)  Pls reply asap

Instead of termination they forced me for resignation.

I want to send them legal notice claiming compensation for damaging my career as even after 6 months I am unemployed.


I want to know impact of my legal notice on my claim as well as on my future job.
It is sure they have unethically forced me out.

My Comapny Pay Rent of Rs.80,000/- form April 2016 But no TDS amount is collected, Paid and TDS returns are not filed. Also the payment made through cash. I am new employee. I just Joint on this month. So I recognized the mistake. What I do?
