Can a registered work contractor take service from unregistered contractor for more than Rs 10 Lacs in a FY.

There is no restriction in availing services from unregistered contractors.

But if service value is more 10 lacs..Regn is not required.

It is only the service provider's responsibility to take registration and pay taxes.
