20 February 2017 my attempt for CS final due in dec. 2013but due to CA article ship started in august 2013 I m not giving my CS attempt. I gave my CS final 1 group attempt only 2 months before completion of CA article ship and CS final 2 group in dec. 2016 after completion of CA article ship in august 2016. is I m violate any regulation of CA institute

20 February 2017 Regarding CA Articleship, I ur leave exceeds the limit(180 days in 36 months) approved by ICAI, then ur CA final attempt will get delayed by that much time. Other than that there is no issue with ICAI rules.

21 February 2017 ok sir, my leave is only for 86 days. but my question is that I m giving my CS final 1 group , 2 months before completion of article ship with out ICAI permission. for my CS exam I take leave only 8 days from article ship.

21 February 2017 Every time u r not required permission from ICAI. At the time of registration to articles u had mentioned the details of other courses along with CA. So it is obvious that u r going to appear for exam for that very course.
