Now my has changed to Shihab Basheer .C. In Institute records it is still Shihab only. Please help me to know the procedures that I want to take to update my name.

Sir I have earned Rs 1,80,000/- in six months (April'12 to Sep'12) from the company than I resign from the company. Is TDS should be deducted if Yes than how much ? No TDS has been deducted by company till date now they are making my full and final settlement and I have no saving.

We are paying Freight charges ( Carriage Outwards) to our vendor Aramax, kindly confirm whether we need to deduct Tds?

and the company AOA silent about this matter.

My client has received Rs.2,60,000/-in form of pension on behalf of his wife after her death.He is even having business income & bank interest income Rs.4,50,000/-. What will be the tax implications.Is pension taxable in the hands of Wife.Please clarify this issue.

Can departement allow late filing of TDS return? What can b the reasons?

I converted from PE II to IPCC on April 2012 and attended the exams in NOV 2012, I did not clear that attempt. Is there any problem if I did not try May 2013 attempt? I would like to attempt IPCE exams in NOV 2013. I am not in Direct entry scheme, As I am in Philadelphia right now not able to start any articleship from here. Is it ok to continue in normal IPCC? Please reply as early as possible....
