15 February 2013 Sir I have earned Rs 1,80,000/- in six months (April'12 to Sep'12) from the company than I resign from the company. Is TDS should be deducted if Yes than how much ? No TDS has been deducted by company till date now they are making my full and final settlement and I have no saving.

15 February 2013 No need for deduction of TDS in this company. However, they may have already deducted some tax since you would have resigned giving a months notice whereas they are required to deduct tds from april onwards on an equalised basis.
