Sir yesterday I had asked one question that whether I hav to pay income tax ur service tax ..as my doubt was not clear ..I m explaing it again. I am providing cab service in a company ...cab are not mine I have just hired them to provide cab in that co.. They give me payment after deducting TDS @ 1% at each cab service I provide.. They don't pay service tax to me as they say that I m a unreg dealer so I can't ask for service tax....will plz explain me that his to calculate tax
