My name is Shihab Basheer .C (SRO0292277) doing Articleship at Maharaj N.R Suresh and Co. Chartered Accounts, Chennai. My name was Shihab till I registered for Articleship. Now my has changed to Shihab Basheer .C. In Institute records it is still Shihab only. Please help me to know the procedures that I want to take to update my name.

You can write a letter to the Regional Office attaching the relevant copy of Deed poll Affidavit and Newspaper Advertisement.
