Hello, while going through an IPCC level book of auditing, I came across the question, "What are the special steps involved in framing a system of internal check?". Is the the same thing as, "General considerations in framing a system of internal check?", I'm confused because technically and as far as I know, steps and general considerations are not the same thing. if not, then what should the answer to the former question?

hello experts I am a ca final student. I have completed my 2year 3months of articleship I put up at delhi . now I am in a very big problem please help me n lead me, what should I do.. I have a argument with a paid assistant in my firm, in argument he abused me n I warn him (Meine us ka color padak ke samha diya)... he complained to ca against me that ki usne mujhe kaam ke liye Kaha to Meine use mara. or abuse bhi kiya.. then ca punishment me without even being heard me at least once. he suspended me from articleship around a month with a due respect n he said that he will call me after a month .... and met with my parents and said after a month he will come and join the office and we will alow leave for exam to him... but today he call me to come office when I reached, he said now explain your side after hear me. he said I give two options 1st spend your rest period of article ship in Bangalore (I am in Delhi) or 2nd we will write a application to institute that u have done misbehave... he said teams and condition for bangalore he will not allow me even a single leave for exam. leave will be allowed only on exam day.. the work of bangalore relates to reconciliation of stocks having no fixed time.... after that condition how I will prepare for exam n other words he is blackmailing me or torturing me ki Meine us ki baat nahi mani to us bat ko reason bana ke misbehave ki application daal dega institute mein. now my question is he really plays with my life like this on this matter that actually have no base..... what will I do my exams will be on Nov 14 I am totally confused he. said if I write application to institute ur career will be destroyed no one hear you... my friend says if u lodged a complain against ca in institute.. u will be punished at last because institute always takes.members side...... now what will I do I have any remedy or I will go to article Section of icai or talk to them regarding this matter or if my career is destroyed like this then it better to commit suicide??? please help me.....

If i join in a good ca firm as paid assistant after completing 1 year of articleship den can i present my work ex in my cv? Also please let me whether working as a paid assistant creates n e negative impression on my cv?

i have gross receipt 990000.00 and my net profit is 190510.00 and tds 9900.00 than which type of income tax return i filled and can i filled ITR4S? and can i take benefit in 44AD section? and this is my first income tax return to file.

I cleard ipcc 1st group in nov13. I belog to a small town. due to some personal reasons i couldnot start my articalship in any big city till 9-10 months. Can i start articlshp in my town and take transfer.

I have completed CA (Inter) in May-1991.Can i do CA (Final) now. I have been registered for final course in 1991. May please intimate whether I have to re registered for final course.Procedure for registeration may be provided, want appear in Nov-2014 exam.

Dear Sir,

We have acquired Agricultural Land for Rs. 207200 during Sept 2000. Another Agricultural Land was Purchased for Rs 254200 during Oct 2002. These lands were converted for residential purpose and sold for Rs. 11640000 during Sept 2013.

Please let us know what is the capital gain tax? and how to reduce the tax liabilities

When I am filing TDS Returns in form 24Q, What amount we have to take in Payment Amount Column, I mean Including Conveyance Allowances? in AY2014-15.

and in tds filing in rent cases what amount we have to taken in payment of amount (including service Tax or Excluding service tax) if we given the including st and tds is on excluding st, the traces put the on lower deduction.

how can i do now?

MY ARTICLESHIP IS OVER ON 23.2.2014 WITH AN EXTENSION OF 80 DAYS.I AM DUE FOR CA FINAL EXAM IN MAY 2014 SO I AM ON LEAVE RIGHT NOW. MY QUERY IS THAT:
A) HOW SHOULD REGISTER FOR EXTENSION BECAUSE IM ON LEAVE TILL JUNE I.E TILL THE EXAM IS OVER. SO CAN I COMPLETE THE EXTENSION LATER AFTER JUNE?

B) DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE MY EXTENSION UNDER THE SAME PRINCIPAL OR A OR CAN I CHANGE?
