when company pay interest for late payment charged by vendor on behalf of its customer and the same amount is collected by the company from its customer ,in this situation who is responsible for TDS deduction?vendor send invoice mentioning late payment interest in the name of customer.

the person who is responsible for ultimate payment is the person responsible for deduction of tds.
