I AM NOT ABLE TO UPLOAD RETRURN FOR THE A-Y 09-10 I.E FOR PY 08-09.

IS IT NOT PERMISSIBLE TO FILE E-FILE FOR THE SAME???

IS THERE ANY RULE THAT IF THE E-FILE OF AY 10-11 IS DONE THROUG E-FILE THEN NOW YOU CAN'T DO E-FILE FOR AY09-10?

i want to self study of mafa & menagement accounting and want books in which concept and lots of example on each concept is given.i.e first concept and then 3-4 questions on that concept.my friend refer paduka but its not found relevent for self study as there are illustrations which start from very difficult level and not write in concept-example format.

Would anyone like to share concise notes on SEBI ICDR Regulations? Most web sites have posted notes running into over 200 pages. Notes of about 50-60 pages would be appreciable.

I am filing the ITR4 of my client (Individual) upon whom provision of section 44AD apply.

His Gross receipts are 780000 and Net Profit as per Profit & Loss a/c comes 480000 but as per section 44AD, 8% of 780000 is 62400 only.

Pls guide whether in the Capital A/c profit of 480000 will include or 62400.
Also guide should we prepare the P&L a/c or not

One of my collegue..apeared for PE2 in May 2009 ..n got failed...he is trying to clear it from MAY 2007.

After May 2009...falure result he loosed there confidence...n join the job n left the CA...

Now he got lot of motivation from there BOSSES...
n his bosses want that he should apear for it...

Please give me the solution how he can apear again ?
whether he can apeare in PE2 again...or have to join IPCC...

What is the procedure to rejoin...the CA...
