14 May 2026 If sale and deliver the goods worth Rs.1.00 lac or more by non motorised cart i.e. thela or rickshaw whether e way bill is mandatory ?

15 May 2026 * E-way bill is generally not mandatory when goods are transported exclusively through non-motorised conveyance such as thela or cycle rickshaw.
* Value of goods does not change this exemption.
* Proper invoice/delivery challan should still accompany the goods.
* If motorised transport is involved at any stage, e-way bill provisions may become applicable.
