I am in CA FINAL. My Direct tax and Law papers are exempted with 62 and 65 marks. Now 6 papers are remaining. I vl give exams in May 2014. What marks i have to achieve in forthcoming exam??

How one of the two directors can resign from a pvt ltd company? (Even if ot means to winding up). Other director is not willing to fulfil liabilities of the company and behaving unethically & even not willing to resign or close the comany.
