what is timing of tax in bhide classes of subhash sir' lecture ?

I have heard IGNOU b.com(A&F) is for CA students and can be passed in a year .
Will we get pass the bcom if we pass IPCC only . or do we need to complete the full CA to get that bcom degree?>???>??
What are the subjects to write in that IGNOU bcom Is it semester system i.e 6month exam.....
Please help me .

is it compulsory to do practical training after passing 3rd year of CS ?
even if we don't wish to practice as CS in future?
can a all the 3 yrs of CS passed student call himself /herself as a CS without taking practical training of 15 mths or whatever??
please answer this urgently...i specify i dont want to practice as CS in future....still i have to do practical training or it can be skipped??

i AM TERRIBLY CONFUSED. I INTEND APPEARING IN ONLY 4 PAPERS BUT NOT SURE WHETHER ITT TRNG. WOULD BE COMPULSORY / PRIME ELIGIBILTY TO TAKE EXAM.( AS PER LATEST NORMS)

IF IT IS NOT COMPULSORY , I WOULD APPEAR/ DO IT WITH GROUP II.

i am a CA Final student. i passed my CA PCC examinations in NOV-2009 exam. my articleship is ending on 15 sept 2011. so to the best of my knowledge i will be eligible for nov-2011 attempt.
but when i contacted to delhi branch they are saying that i am eligible for may-2011 attempt. at the same time bombay branh as well as pune branch denies for the same.
so pls show me correct way to move up in above scenario.

From 1 month I heard that book coming n comming but not yet come & old books are also return to the publisher.
