bcom with CA

29 June 2010 I have heard IGNOU b.com(A&F) is for CA students and can be passed in a year .
Will we get pass the bcom if we pass IPCC only . or do we need to complete the full CA to get that bcom degree?>???>??
What are the subjects to write in that IGNOU bcom Is it semester system i.e 6month exam.....
Please help me .
