I wants to take termination from my principal
He agreed upon my decision to take termination. Reason, why i wants to take termination is, I wants to spent time for my CA final, is there any scope to take termination beyond the provisions as prescribed by ICAI

I want to know the meaning of 'save as otherwise provided...' in laymen language..

I want to know whether a single person/ member of a listed company, have have 2 different folios in his name, now the question is that while counting the quorum at AGM it is mentioned in the companies act that the requirement of quorum is setisfied if 5 members now 15 members (Comp. act 2013) "personaly present at the meeting "
so whether the said single person would be counted as 1 member or 2 members ( as he has 2 folios in his name )

I Have Compleated My Graduation in 2007 as well as my Job, Then I tried to do CA and I Enrolled in CPT In 2008, But due to an accident I could not give any CPT Exam, Now I want to do it again, Can anybody tell me how can i extend my registration, what is the process.

sir,i had joined graduation(b.com in my home town) before joining ca course and now iam in final yr of graduation ..simultaneously iam also pursuing cost and management accountancy course(cma inter) which was joined after joining of ca course..now i joined articleship in my home town only..can i include both(b.com&cma) courses in 112..i.e,b.com as regular course with our college permission and cma as correspondence course??or else required to include only one course??please advice me in this content as soon as possible..

cost of raw material imported from Germany =1200000
cost raw material from other states = 2040000
cost of goods purchased from Delhi (including VAT 12.5%) =2250000
OTHER EXPENDITURE which includes storage, transport, interest, loading, and unloading = 200000
net profit earned by him 20% on sales price
60% of goods sold to s in delhi
30% of goods sold to t of bombay
10% of goods sold to u of usa
compute vat , cst payable & invoice charged by him to various manufacturers
assume vat =12.5%
cst= 2%
why didnt u included CST in cost of raw material imported from other states????
please explain with a reason

i belong to udaipur, rajasthan. Rajasthan falls in the central region. so whether i have to send my final registration form to kanpur or can i deposit it in the udaipur branch of circ of icai??
