27 September 2013 I want to know whether a single person/ member of a listed company, have have 2 different folios in his name, now the question is that while counting the quorum at AGM it is mentioned in the companies act that the requirement of quorum is setisfied if 5 members now 15 members (Comp. act 2013) "personaly present at the meeting "
so whether the said single person would be counted as 1 member or 2 members ( as he has 2 folios in his name )

27 September 2013 For the purpose of quorum he will be counted as one member in both the acts.
