Dear Sir,
I wants to take termination from my principal
He agreed upon my decision to take termination. Reason, why i wants to take termination is, I wants to spent time for my CA final, is there any scope to take termination beyond the provisions as prescribed by ICAI

No not possible to take transfer in second year on mutual consent basis,

you need to get icai permission to take transfer which will be mandatory that you should have a valid reason

Alternatively u can go for secondment and can concentrate for ca final studies.
