Termination of articleship in 2nd year

I wants to take termination from my principal
He agreed upon my decision to take termination. Reason, why i wants to take termination is, I wants to spent time for my CA final, is there any scope to take termination beyond the provisions as prescribed by ICAI

27 September 2013 No not possible to take transfer in second year on mutual consent basis,

you need to get icai permission to take transfer which will be mandatory that you should have a valid reason
.

yours is not a valid reason,,hence transfer not allowed
.
.
so think for a pretty reason as your employer also supporting you,,
