i belong to udaipur, rajasthan. Rajasthan falls in the central region. so whether i have to send my final registration form to kanpur or can i deposit it in the udaipur branch of circ of icai??

You can go for Udaipur for ur registration,
You are from Rajasthan, then you should register within the state, no problem with that you can register under Udaipur Branch...

Its totally depend on you wheir you want to take registration. There is no bar for taking registration.
You can take registration with any branch of Institute but you will be govern by that region in which such branch is covered.
