Dear Sir/Mam,

I need to alter the name of Share Holder in the share certificate of the company, as such name of the share holder is entered with the name "XYZ private limited" instead of "XYZ limited" and same like in face value amount, amount printed on the certificate is Rs.100 in stead of Rs.10/- face value.

Kindly guide me in this matter and if possible reference as well.

Dear Experts,

I m incorporating a company with a register office which is owned by relative(mother of Director) of one of director.
I submitted form 18 with address proof ie. latest electricity bill and NOC of Mother for using the office as registered office of the company. But ROC department has asked me to resubmit the form 18 WITH CORRECT ATTACHMENT AND INFORMATION as per the minsitry Circular.

What are the correct attachments to be submitted in such case? Is there any need to enter into any agreement with mother?
If yes then please provide me the format of such agreement.

If we make royalty payment on suppose 2.5% on sales velue, do we need to reduce the Imported raw material Components and other bought out items value while computing royalty, pls advise eg as under

if sales is 10000 royalty @ 2.5% = 250/-

if material used in above material sold is
imported material used is Rs 80/-
indeginous material is Rs 30/-
Total material used Rs 110/-

the eligible royalty would be Rs 140/- (250 less 110/-)

When I fill form1 and do check form the details of preference shares to be filled pops up.But there is no preference shares. so how do you fill the form.Further when the stamp duty is to be filled electronically is selected as Yes option the column for filling the amount does not get activated.Please let me know why?

In form 8 i have selected DSC of auditor then also while uploading the form error is showing.
is it compulsory along with auditor another practicing professional to certify the return? who can certify the same?? CA, CS or CWA??
