a general meeting was properly convened and was subsequently adjourned by the chairman for want of quorum . No fresh notice is given for the adjourned meeting which is held subsequently. whether the adjourned meeting is valid?

THERE IS NO NEED FOR FRESH NOTICE AS PER LAW IT AUTOMATICALLY GETS SHIFTED TO NEXT WEEKS SAME DAY,PLACE & TIME.Meeting is valid.
