Alteration in name in share certificate of company

Dear Sir/Mam,
I need to alter the name of Share Holder in the share certificate of the company, as such name of the share holder is entered with the name "XYZ private limited" instead of "XYZ limited" and same like in face value amount, amount printed on the certificate is Rs.100 in stead of Rs.10/- face value.
Kindly guide me in this matter and if possible reference as well.

Please confirm, you have already paid stamp duty on this share certificate or not.

yes we had paid stamp duty already, subsequently get to know about this mistake.

And also want clear that it is just a printing mistake on share certificate , other then that all transactions are proper.

I think you have paid duty on correct amount of share certificate.
Then you can re print the same with correct details.
