When I fill form1 and do check form the details of preference shares to be filled pops up.But there is no preference shares. so how do you fill the form.Further when the stamp duty is to be filled electronically is selected as Yes option the column for filling the amount does not get activated.Please let me know why?

1) If you are not having preference shares simply enter '0' in the space provided. The error comes because the field for preference shares is mandatory and you cannot leave it blank.

2) After selecting 'Yes' you have to click on 'Pre-fill' and the system will automatically generate the stamp duty amount that you have to pay based on the state in which your company will be incorporated.
