I have filed all the forms for incorporation. Directors used to sign in Hindi.
Now MCA demand for Hindi affidavit. Please help me to get the solution. any one having hindi format pls mail me @ capradeepsingh@icai.org.

resubmitted

We have incorporated a Company in 2009. But still we did not open Bank Account and There is no Transaction in Company. Now, Company is willing to File ROC Return, but they does not prepare any balance sheet.



Let me what will be further step to file ROC Return and what are the Additional Documents we required.

Do it urgently.

A private limited company floated by two directors. The MD of the company intend to resign from the company and handover to the other director. Please advise the formalities to be complied with such as resolution, application to ROC for the same

i filed a petition for pvt ltd co. for condonation of delay of charge which is approved. Now i did not get copy of order for the same.

Is there any way to get that copy of order on MCA portal. If yes then pls provide me the link as the RD office is saying that u can get it on MCA portal.

I am trying to apply for DIN for foreign national, who is currently deputed in India .

As he is currently residing in India I am giving his residential address as Indian Address and as his nationality is declared as Japanese in the passport hence I am giving his permenant address as his Japanese address.

Now , Please guide me that who should attest the identity prrofs of the Director.

When I called up DIN cell they informed me that his home country notary should attest the document. Now , when director is residing in India right now , how come japanese notary will be able to issue the attested copies of his ID proof???

I understand that this problems must be faced by many other companies , please let me know the solution to this problem as same is urgenetly required to be addressed .

As per New companies act 13 CFO and company secretary are included in Key Managerial person.

whether they should be appointed through board and filing of From 32 is compulsory ?

In case their appointment (Norma course) has been made before the introduction of companies act 13, they will be included in key managerial person even without board appoint and submission of Form 32

call for an notarised undertaking from all existing directors to delete the word 'ARCHITECT' wherever it appears in MOA as per MCA Circular.

Please help on urgent basis
