Hello Sir,
due delay in creation of charge my client get order with penalty for delay u/s 141 of Rs. 8000/-
so please advise that how to make that payment.

Go to Pay miscellaneous pee section on MCA portal after log in on portal. It will show it.
It will Be:BEING THE COST IMPOSED BY HONRABLE RD FOR DELAY FILING OF FM-08
SRN will be form-8

at a time of selecting pay miscellaneous fees, only 6 options are there
1) penalty
2) Investors Education & protection fund
3) GET CERTIFIED COPY
4) INDIVIDUAL
5) DIN APPLICATION PAYMENT
6) OTHER
Which option is suitable for me
