Director resignation

Hi, I have been a Director in a private ltd firm for 10 months and resignation June 2011. But my name is still reflected in active directors list on MCA website. I understand the company has yet not filed the ROC and so not able to submit form 32. Is there any alternate process to remove the name.I have letter from the company mentioning my last service date and resignation acknowledgment.

You request the management of the company to file Form-32 of resignation and send a copy thereof with challan.
