Documents required for roc return

13 November 2013 We have incorporated a Company in 2009. But still we did not open Bank Account and There is no Transaction in Company. Now, Company is willing to File ROC Return, but they does not prepare any balance sheet.

Let me what will be further step to file ROC Return and what are the Additional Documents we required.

Do it urgently.

13 November 2013 If the intention is to regularize, Balance sheet and p&l account has to b prepared, get it audited, prepare directors report, notice of AGM, annual return in Schedule v of the Companies Act,1956 and to e-file forms 23B, 20B, 23AC and 23ACA of all the years.
